Dganit has over 15 years of HR Management and Talent Acquisition experience with dynamic IT companies in both Israel and the U.S. Dganit started her career as a Recruiter specializing in IT placements in Israel’s fast growing technology field. She then worked as HR Manager for many leading start up companies in Israel including several in the FinTech space. Dganit and her family moved to Atlanta where she now leads Brightwell’s IT search services and continues to work with Israeli based tech companies with offices here in the U.S.
